All spare parts take quality selection. We test them on the car before dismantling and inspect them after it.
Engine is the object of more careful inspection. We check the existence of any defects, as well as drips of oil, coolant or fuel. Before starting the engine we research the presence of oil in coolant and coolant in oil.
After starting and warming up the engine we analyze the following parameters: compression in each cylinder, oil pressure, functioning of the cooling system (temperature, the presence of gases in the water tank), operability of parts and mechanisms (generator, clutch, water pump, carburettor, fuel pump, etc.).
During the engine test we pay our attention to purity and colour of crankcase gas exhaust, and to presence of any extraneous noises or vibrations. We do it after a cold and warm start.
Each parameter of engine testing we log in a testing card.
All used spare parts have an 'approval' period: 30 days for engine, 14 for gearbox and 10 for other parts.
During this period you have an opportunity to return spare parts if you identified any significant defects, in case that spares were not dismantling, the warranty mark was not destroy, and parts were not suffer serious injuries (strikes, short circuit) after the sale, which led to defective condition.
Spare parts are not returnable if installation rules or technology was violate.
Engines and automatic transmissions should be installed at specialized service centres only. In case of return specialist of service centre should give his conclusion on the problem.
